I am happy to connect with you, and answer your questions when I am able to. If I cannot help you directly, I will provide recommendations for other resource people, reference books, or websites.

I offer several 1:1 coaching sessions per week, so if you are interested in delving more deeply into your inner world, do not hesitate to visit the work with me page to request a session. I offer a free 15-minute ‘getting to know you’ call to ensure we’re a good fit!
